Together with our training unit, we conduct training needs analyses and carry out training planning and implementations in line with our employees’ career goals for today and the future.

We purchase and use environmentally friendly products that consume less energy, less water, and produce less waste.

Our hotels have aimed to use energy resources most efficiently and to make energy saving a target. They have aimed to achieve maximum benefit in energy saving by investing in renewable and combined systems like PV and Trigeneration. We conduct regular training on energy and water saving with our employees to ensure energy efficiency not only at the source but also in its use.
